At DÔEN, we want you to cherish every piece you purchase, but we understand if a fit isn't quite right. We offer returns or exchanges on unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Refund or Exchange

  Select whether you would like an exchange for a different size, a store credit, or a refund to your original payment method.

  Print and Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label and securely pack your items in the original shipping box, ensuring all tags remain attached.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at the designated carrier location; once received at our warehouse, please allow 7-10 business days for processing.
